Team Apex Pursuit is a tight-knit crew of passionate shark anglers dedicated to chasing monsters in the surf and beyond. We live for the thrill of the fight, the science of tagging, and the satisfaction of releasing healthy sharks back into Texas waters.
Whether we’re battling Big Bulls, Blacktips, Tigers, or whatever the Gulf throws our way, our focus is simple: fish hard, tag smart, collect valuable data for conservation partners like the Harte Research Institute, and leave every beach cleaner than we found it. “Apex” isn’t just a name — it’s our mindset. We’re always pursuing the next hook-up, the next tag, and ways to give back to the fishery we love.
